Description
Footgel Cross Gym is a high-cushioning insole designed for CrossFit and functional training. It absorbs the impact of jumps and running and distributes pressure better during loaded exercises to relieve pain in feet and joints.
Benefits
- Pain relief and prevention: it reduces discomfort in feet, knees and lower back caused by impact and training intensity.
- Less fatigue during training: it reduces built-up tiredness in feet and legs during long or high-intensity workouts.
- Even pressure distribution: it spreads load more evenly across the whole sole and keeps it from concentrating on the main support areas.
- Breathability and odour control: the Tecnion® technical microfibre helps keep the foot dry and controls moisture and bad odours inside the shoe.
- Class I medical device: made in accordance with European medical device regulations. It protects and cares for the wellbeing of your foot.
- Hypoallergenic and antibacterial: it prevents the growth of bacteria to keep the inside of the footwear more hygienic.
- Long-lasting eucalyptus scent: the gel contains eucalyptus essence, which fights bad odours.

Scientific evidence
Footgel Cross Gym insoles are designed to provide cushioning during an activity that alternates running, jumping and strength work. Studies show that cushioning insoles can reduce impact forces and pressure peaks during the most dynamic phases of training.
Less impact during running and dynamic exercises
In 16 recreational runners, cushioned insoles reduced the vertical impact peak by 6.8%, the loading rate by 8.3% and the maximum acceleration transmitted to the tibia by 15.8%.
