Description

Footgel Daily Use Winter is specially designed to bring comfort and keep feet warm in your footwear during the cold months.

It combines a merino wool top layer with Termocrep-Gel® 3R cushioning technology to retain heat, soften every step and spread pressure better, reducing discomfort in feet and joints.

Benefits

  • Protection from the cold: the merino wool helps keep a pleasant temperature inside the footwear during winter.
  • Everyday comfort: it improves comfort when walking, travelling or spending several hours away from home.
  • Termocrep-Gel® 3R cushioning: it absorbs the impact of each step and reduces the pressure on the feet when walking.
  • Pain relief and prevention: it reduces discomfort in feet, knees, lower back and hips caused by walking or long days on your feet.
  • Class I medical device: it supports comfort, protection and foot wellbeing during everyday use.
  • Hypoallergenic and antibacterial: it prevents the growth of bacteria and helps keep the inside of the footwear more hygienic.
  • Long-lasting eucalyptus scent: the gel contains eucalyptus essence, which fights bad odours.

Scientific evidence

Footgel Daily Use Winter insoles are designed to combine even cushioning and thermal comfort for everyday use in cold environments. Studies show that cushioning materials can reduce pressure peaks under the foot and that merino wool offers less moisture sensation and greater comfort during prolonged use.

Merino wool: less moisture sensation and greater comfort

In a field study with 37 participants, a fabric made of 50% merino wool was rated as less damp and more comfortable than a polypropylene one after prolonged marches.
