Description

Footgel Ice Hockey is a high-cushioning insole designed to absorb the impact of accelerations, stops and changes of direction.

Its structure combines a merino wool layer, high-density foam and Termocrep-Gel® 3R cushioning technology. It helps regulate temperature, control moisture and improve comfort inside the skate.

Merino wool: less moisture sensation and greater comfort

In a field study with 37 recruits, a fabric made of 50% merino wool was perceived as less damp and more comfortable than a polypropylene one after 6.5 km marches. The study was carried out with socks and supports the properties of merino wool as a material in contact with the foot.
